Turnaround Time and Terms…

The turnaround time for most jobs is two weeks from the point that the job is considered "set". In order for the job to be considered set, three things need to take place.


1.) You have sent approval of the final design.
2.) The paper to be used has been sent to me (unless you elect to use my house-stock paper).
3.) The 50% deposit has been made.


The final design approval is usually done by either fax or email. The proof will be sent to you once I either receive the design, or complete the work on the design. A fax back to me with signature approval is sufficient.

The deposit payment is most often made through PayPal, as this is an instant payment method and there's no waiting for mailings and checks to clear.

Once these three things have been done, the timer starts and your job will be completed sometime within the quoted time-frame. When the job is finished, I'll notify you and you can make the remainder payment, which triggers shipment or delivery. Sales tax of 8.375% will be added for NY residents and 7% for NJ residents.
